LinkedIn for businesses

How LinkedIn works as a channel inside your business Site — grounded in your services, location, and company voice.

LinkedIn is one of four native channels on every business Site — alongside Google Business Profile, Facebook, and X. It lives inside your existing business Site and uses the same business profile, services, voice, and destination URLs you’ve already set up.

How a LinkedIn post for your business gets built

When you click Generate Content with LinkedIn selected, the same pipeline that produces your other channel posts also drafts a LinkedIn one. Same topic. Same business facts. Same destination URL. The difference is in how it’s written:

  • Longer body. LinkedIn rewards substance — 700–1,500 characters in our default range, with paragraph breaks.
  • Two intents. Pick Traffic to drive visitors to a specific page, or Reach to maximize the post’s chance of being seen and engaged with. Reach mode keeps the destination link out of the body and surfaces it as a suggested first-comment link instead.
  • Persona Proof Layer. Every draft has to anchor in something specific about you — a real client moment, an opinion you actually hold, a process detail nobody else is talking about. No generic motivational openers, no engagement bait.
  • Compliance for sensitive industries. If your vertical is therapy, healthcare, legal, or financial advice, every LinkedIn draft runs through extra validators that block implied guarantees, diagnoses, invented case studies, and testimonial-style claims without sourcing.

Editable on Review

Every draft lands in your Queue with these editable fields:

  • Primary post text
  • Hashtags (chip editor, capped at 5)
  • Alt-short version (for mobile preview shortening)
  • Carousel outline (when applicable)
  • First-comment link (Reach mode only)

Edit, approve, copy-paste into LinkedIn. We never auto-publish.

Different from LinkedIn for individuals

If you want LinkedIn posts under your name as a founder, salesperson, or individual operator — not under your business — that’s the LinkedIn for individuals product. It’s a separate onboarding flow, separate playbook, and treats your personal voice as the source rather than your business website.

The two can run from the same LocalAmp account.
