GetLocalAmp is operated by NMC Media LLC ("NMC Media", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate the website at getlocalamp.com and the LocalAmp platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
NMC Media LLC also operates consumer-facing websites and brands, such as Veteran Life Options and Mortgage Safety Plan, through which users may request insurance information and related communications. Each of those sites presents its own privacy policy and consent disclosure, which govern the information you submit there. Information you submit through one of those sites to request insurance information may be shared with licensed insurance agents, agencies, carriers, or marketing partners so that they can contact you about the options you requested, as described on that site. NMC Media LLC may provide SMS (text) messaging for the consumer-facing websites and brands it operates. If you submit a request through one of those sites and opt in to text messages, we may send you verification codes, service or status updates related to your request, and — only if you separately opt in — marketing messages.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. We may share SMS opt-in data and consent with service providers solely as necessary to provide the messaging program, including messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, and vendors that assist in delivering text messages.
Your consent to receive text messages is collected and recorded separately from any consent you give to be contacted by phone call or email. Marketing text messages require a separate affirmative opt-in from informational messages such as verification codes and request status updates.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help or email help (at) getlocalamp (dot) com. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from receiving the quote, information, or service you requested through non-SMS channels, such as phone or email.
