These terms govern your use of LocalAmp ("the Service"), operated by LocalAmp ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

LocalAmp is an AI-powered content generation platform for local businesses and broader-interest brands. The Service generates social media content for platforms including Google Business Profile, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. You review, edit, and approve all content before it is published.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate prohibited content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits on any plan (we may contact you if usage appears excessive).

4. Content Ownership

You own the content generated through LocalAmp for your business. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not claim ownership of content generated for your business.

You grant us a limited license to use your business information (brand voice, website content, edit history) to improve content generation for your account. We do not use your data to train models for other customers.

5. Pricing and Billing

Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by LocalAmp is created by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for the content you publish using our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalAmp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
