The CRM is where you work the leads your funnels bring in. It lives at crm.getlocalamp.com and you reach it from LocalAmp in one click — no second password to remember.
It opens on today’s work
The first screen is Today, and it is a work list rather than a dashboard. Six queues, each with a rule:
- Overdue — follow-ups you said you would make and haven’t
- Due today — what you committed to for today
- Appointments — booked, with the time and the lead attached
- New — arrived and never worked
- Attempting — you have tried; they haven’t picked up
- Quoted — waiting on a decision
There is a Start Calling button that walks you through them in order, so you are not choosing who is next.
The screens
Today · Leads · Pipeline · Calendar · Automations · Suppressions · Settings, plus Reports if you manage a team.
That is the whole product. We deliberately do not show screens that are not finished.
Working a single lead
Open a lead and you get:
- The pre-call brief — what this person answered in the quote funnel, before anyone called them
- A conversation log — every call, text and note against that person, in order
- The decision rail — stage, outcome, owner
- Commitments — schedule a follow-up with a real due time, or book an appointment
- Where the lead came from — the campaign and page that produced it
Calling
You get a real phone number of your own. Calls to it ring you wherever you are, and the call is logged against the lead automatically.
Outbound, you press Call and choose where it dials from: the browser, so you can work a list with a headset, or your own handset if you would rather. Either way the number the lead sees is yours.
Every call is checked before it connects — consent, calling hours, whether that person has asked not to be contacted, and how many attempts have already gone out. The check runs at the moment you press Call, not when the screen loaded, so it is the freshest answer available. If a call is refused you are told why, and nothing dials.
Texting
You can text a lead from the same number you call from, and their reply comes back to that lead’s thread rather than to a phone in your pocket.
Texting is held to a tighter standard than calling, deliberately:
- Consent is per purpose. Agreeing to hear from you about their quote is not agreeing to marketing. The two are recorded separately, and a marketing text is only sent if that specific permission exists.
- STOP is absolute. If someone replies STOP they are suppressed immediately, and that overrides every consent record. Nothing you or an automation does can send to them again.
- There is a cap. At most one marketing text to a person per 24 hours, whatever else is queued for them.
Automations
An automation is a follow-up sequence that runs on its own — the message you would have sent anyway, sent on time. They go out from your own domain over your own name, which is exactly why you switch them on rather than us. Nothing is armed by default.
Suppressions is the companion screen: it shows who an automation stopped reaching and why, so an unexplained gap is never a mystery.
Reporting
If you manage a team, Reports shows what is actually happening: how many leads arrived, how many were worked, how fast anyone got to them (typical and worst case), what sits in each stage, and what sold — across every lead, not a sample.
Spend, cost per lead and return on ad spend are not in there yet. We would rather leave a number out than show you one we cannot stand behind.
Bringing your existing leads
You are not limited to leads this system generates. Under Settings → Lead sources you can import the leads you already buy, or issue a vendor an API key that delivers them straight in. Imported leads keep their source, so you can tell which supply is worth what.
What the CRM does not do
Worth being straight about, because “CRM” means different things to different people:
- It does not cold-call or cold-text. Every outbound is gated on a consent record, and a missing one blocks the send rather than falling back to a guess.
- It is not a marketing blaster. The cadence caps are real limits, not defaults you can raise.
- It does not report on ad spend yet. See above.
Security
Two-factor sign-in is required on every session — not optional. Consumer contact details live in here, so the bar is higher than the rest of the platform.
How you get access
The CRM is part of the Agent Pro plan. We turn it on for your workspace and walk you through it — managed onboarding rather than a self-serve toggle, so it starts with a conversation.
